How to....make Kenyan chai

  1. Bring water to the boil on the stove in a large metal teapot.
  2. Dissolve a large amount of sugar.
  3. Add tea leaves and continue to simmer.
  4. Add plenty of milk and bring back to the boil.
  5. Pour into cups through a tea strainer. Be sure to fill each cup right to the top!
  6. Drink piping hot.
